Foreknowledge: How did 4chan know?

Several months before COVID-19, a mysterious 4-chan post appeared which clearly demonstrated foreknowledge of coming events.

The poster claimed to be an “operative” and that a major event was coming from a pharmaceutical company working with military. Interestingly it said it was all a “hoax” .
